Can you supply other products not shown on your website?

There are many other products which we can supply. Call in and see us, we have a full range of brochures offering many different designs by highly respected brands. We also have a showroom to showcase completed bathroom products to give you the full effect of how your bathroom can look and feel

Do you supply and install everything?

We supply the product and if you wish deliver it to you premises. We also provide you with a contact number or will contact on your behalf registered plumbers and/or electricians. We use a number of different plumbers/electricians to guarantee you competitive prices

Can I mix and match brand products to customise my bathroom?

Yes. We offer advice to help you with this. Call us today for more information.

How long will it take between me placing an order and delivery of my product?

This is dependent on the product and if the item needs to be ordered. Once we receive your product we will deliver the next day.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, within a 30 mile radius. Call for more information.

Do you check all my boxed items before delivery?

Although we don't check the boxes beforehand all customers have 24 hours to report any damage.

Do you provide me with a full guarantee?

All of our products come with a manufactures guarantee and the length of this is dependant of your product. This will all be discussed with you before buying.

What is your policy on refunds?

Most items returned will receive a full refund. Some items may incur a handling charge.
